Earth and Soul Ltd ships our urns Free of Charge Worldwide from the UK. But please note, a customs charge may be applied by your local customs office once the item has arrived in your country.
Once we receive your order, we endeavour to dispatch within 7 days subject to stock availability and whether you have selected to have a bespoke laser engraving service.
Orders are not shipped at weekends and public holdays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipping may be delayed by 24-48 hours. We will let you know if this is the case so you can allow for the additional days.

Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing times
All orders are processed within 7 business days, subject to stock availability. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.
UK shipping: 1-3 day services.
Worldwide shipping: 3-5 day services.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Earth and Soul Ltd is not responsible for any international customs and taxes which may be applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)
Damages
Earth and Soul Ltd is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. But please do let us know.
